Founder of Cardpoint PLC, which had 6,500 ATM's across Europe, dispensed £500 million per month, turnover of £100m, EBITDA of £20m and exited with a valuation of £170m. Extensive public and private equality market experience since Cardpoint PLC., including Mini Cam Chairmanship for four years and sale to Lloyds Development Capital (part of Lloyds bank) and Chairmanship of Velocity Composites plc (aerospace) and exited post flotation.

President (1995 – 2013) Payment Division,Transaction Network Services Inc. responsible for full P&L. Founded the UK business and grew it from scratch to the largest division of TNS. Worked in the USA from 2006 to 2013 managing the entire payments division. Senior Manager, HSBC  Network Operations - 14 years.

TR was responsible for helping to drive revenue growth .

Michael is an Operations Director adept at devising and implementing strategy, change management and business transformation. Experience in roles includes ATM Operations Manager, Woolwich plc (1981 – 2001), Barclays Bank (2001 – 2003). Cardpoint plc (2003 – 2007) and consultant to the Banking industry for 14 years

A proven and experienced CFO with over 25 years of cross-functional experience in companies including  Royal Liver Insurance. JP Morgan Invest. WH Ireland and Velocity Composites plc.
